Features

A shared tablet time clock, one PIN per person

Put a tablet by the kitchen door, the shop entrance or the stockroom. Your crew punches in there with a PIN instead of their own phones.

Pair a tablet from your phone

In Settings, create a pairing link and open it once on the tablet. The tablet stays paired for 180 days or until you remove it, and the link is cleared from the address bar after pairing.

A personal PIN for each person

Each employee punches with a 4 to 6 digit PIN. You can set a PIN for someone, and they can change their own PIN in their account at any time. The PIN is never shown back once saved.

Phones and tablet side by side

The tablet clock and the employee app record to the same timecards, so some people can punch on the tablet and others on their phones.

Remove a tablet from Settings

If a tablet goes missing, remove it in Settings and it stops working right away. Punches already recorded stay on the timecards.

    Settings, then Tablet clock, then pair a tablet.

    Open the link in the tablet’s browser and add it to the home screen.

    Set PINs

    Set a PIN for each person, or let them choose their own.

    Employees tap their name, enter their PIN and punch.

Frequently asked questions

Can several employees share one tablet to clock in?

Yes. One paired tablet works as a shared time clock, and each person punches with their own PIN.

How long does a PIN have to be?

Four to six digits. Avoid easy PINs like 1111 or 1234.

Can employees change their own PIN?

Yes. Employees can change their PIN in their account at any time.

What happens if the tablet is lost?

Remove the tablet in Settings and it stops working right away. Punches already recorded stay.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any tablet with a modern web browser works. The tablet clock runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen.

Can some employees still use their phones?

Yes. The tablet clock and the employee app record to the same timecards.
