Features

How the payroll-ready hours file is built and checked

PunchOutPayroll gets hours ready up to payroll submission. You run payroll with the provider you already use.

Check before you close

Before you close a pay period, PunchOutPayroll lists anything that would make hours wrong, like a missing clock-out. Once you submit, the period is locked.

Hear the check read aloud

Tap to have your browser read the pre-payroll check out loud, so you can listen while you work through it.

Hours ready for your payroll provider

Download approved hours, time off and overtime as a plain CSV file, or in a file laid out for your payroll provider. Some providers can import it; for others it is a sheet to type hours from.

Check a sample file first

The provider layouts are not certified by those providers, and each file says whether it is an import file or a sheet to type from. Before your first payroll, try a sample in your provider and check that every number lands where you expect.

Share it with your accountant

Send a submitted pay period to your accountant with a link that expires, instead of sharing your login.
