These Terms of Service govern your use of PunchOut Payroll (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
PunchOut Payroll provides time tracking, attendance, leave, and payroll-preparation exports, together with messaging assistants available through WhatsApp and Instagram.
PunchOut Payroll provides time tracking, attendance, leave, and payroll-preparation exports. Tax calculation, withholding, filing, and remittance are performed by the customer or the customer's payroll provider or accountant. The Service does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Customers should review exported data before submitting it for payroll processing.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Account owners are responsible for the users they invite and for activity under their company account.
You will not misuse the Service, including by sending spam or unsolicited messages, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of law or of Meta's WhatsApp Business and Platform policies.
If you message us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger, you agree that we may reply on that channel. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us permission to process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans, if any, are billed as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, PunchOut Payroll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Because tax calculation, withholding, filing, and remittance fall outside the Scope of Service, they remain the responsibility of the customer and the customer's payroll provider or accountant.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.
