Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 26, 2026

You can ask PunchOut Payroll to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data received through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@punchoutpayroll.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number, Instagram handle, or account email the data is associated with.
3. We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days, except data we must keep by law or on behalf of your employer's records, which we will tell you about.

You can also remove our app's access from your Facebook or Instagram account under Settings > Apps and Websites.
