PunchOut Payroll ("we", "us") provides software for tracking employee time and hours, reviewing timesheets, and exporting hours data for use in payroll. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell personal information.
PunchOut Payroll processes time, attendance, and leave data to prepare payroll exports. Tax calculation, withholding, filing, and remittance are handled by the customer or their payroll provider or accountant, so we do not collect tax identification or bank account details for those purposes.
We share information only with: the employer or account that you work under; service providers that host and operate our service (for example cloud hosting, database, and messaging providers such as Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) under confidentiality obligations; and authorities when required by law.
Data received through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook is used only to respond to you and provide the features you request. We do not use it for advertising and do not transfer it to data brokers. You can request deletion at any time (see Data Deletion).
We keep account and time data for as long as the account is active or as required by your employer's record-keeping obligations, and messaging data only as long as needed to provide support. Messaging data is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request. We delete or anonymize other data when it is no longer needed.
We use encryption in transit, access controls scoped per company, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@punchoutpayroll.com. If your data is held on behalf of your employer, we may refer your request to them.
The service is not directed to children under 16.
